Welcome to the Health Coaching Program, where we focus on behavior change, healthy living, weight loss, fitness, lifestyle changes, collaborative support, and lasting results. The health coach program is designed to empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to improved health and well-being. Through personalized coaching sessions, you will receive guidance on setting achievable goals, creating healthy habits, and staying motivated. Coach Tee is an experienced health coach who will provide you with the support and accountability you need to achieve your desired results. Allow Coach Tee to walk alongside you on this transformative journey towards a healthier and happier you! Each session runs 45 minutes and is available in-person at Tee 4 JC, virtually via Zoom, or telephonically. Discounted multi-sessions are available under plans.
